Muffler and Cat DELETE Pipe Kits

Made from SUS409 Stainless Steel with a thickness of 2mm and an inlet diameter of 4", 5". Designed to remove the restricting cat pipe (catless, decat, test pipe).

DPF and DPF Delete

Most post-2007 diesel vehicles are equipped with a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) for emissions, but this comes with drawbacks such as constant maintenance and repairs. Removing the DPF can ease fuel flow, thus increasing overall fuel mileage.

Installation

Installation takes about 1 hour with basic hand tools. It may be quicker with an automotive-style lift. Cutting may be required for shorter wheelbase bed/cab configurations. Includes clamps, hangers, and hardware, though some factory hardware may need to be reused.

Tuner Requirement

Removing the DPF, CAT, SCR, and/or DOC requires eliminating emission-related sensors. A DPF delete capable tuner is necessary to avoid check engine lights or diagnostic trouble codes.
