Stainless Steel Cat & DPF Delete Pipe For 2014-2019 RAM Ecodiesel 3.0L

Vehicle Fitment: 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 RAM 1500 Ecodiesel 3.0L. *Will not fit Regular Cab*

Description:

This 3" stainless steel race pipe will allow removal of the catalytic converter & DPF filter for off-road use.  It will replace your downpipe.

Installation:

• Remove all sensors and DEF injector from the downpipe, SCR and DPF.
• Loosen off the clamp at the tailpipe-to-muffler and slide the tailpipe back and remove (this will be reinstalled). Loosen the clamp off the front of the muffler and remove the muffler (this will be reinstalled).
• Remove the 3 fasteners at the 3-bolt flange and remove the SCR assembly.  Remove the v-band clamp at the turbo to downpipe connection by loosening the bolt and unlatching the clamp.  Remove the downpipe and keep the clamp to reuse.
• Install the new downpipe using the clamp removed previously, do not tighten this clamp yet. Install the secondary pipe onto the downpipe and insert the hanger into the factory bushing.  The hanger will point towards the front of the truck.
• Install the third pipe with the hanger pointing towards the rear of the vehicle.  *This pipe is designed to fit the 6'4" box on the Crew Cab, if your truck has the shorter 5"7" bed, you will need to cut 7" off the front of the pipe.  Do not cut the end closest to the hanger.  You will cut the side that goes into the secondary pipe, not the side that goes into the muffler.
